What each person can do

Every vehicle has an Owner, the person whose garage it’s in. The people you invite get one of these roles:

Admin

Full access, cannot invite or remove. Sees payments, documents, service, the wishlist, street parking and monthly parking, and can record payments and schedule services. Can’t transfer or remove the vehicle.

Holder

Sees the registration card, insurance and monthly parking, and logs their own fuel. In Payments they only see the fuel they logged. They can park the vehicle and add it to Apple Wallet.

Viewer

Sees the vehicle details, without payments or documents. They can see the vehicle, park it on the street and see the wishlist.

Owner

Can do everything: invite, change roles, remove people, transfer the vehicle and remove it from their garage. Can’t leave their own vehicle.
